NEW CONSTRUCTION: 8,290 Square Feet

RETROFIT: 5768 Square Feet

At High Roof: remove existing roofing to deck

Install one layer 3.0" ISO and one layer 1.75" ISO
include a LARGE 2" per foot sloped EPS (sandwich) saddle

At structurally sloped New Construction deck areas
install one layer 3.0" one layer 1.75" ISO and tapered ISO saddles.

At flat decks of New Construction
install two layers 2" ISO and 1/4" sloped tapered ISO

Mechaniclly Fasten 60 mil TPO

Tie-in to existing membrane as required

Furnish/install shop formed .040 prefinished alum. gravel stops
counterflashings, gutters and downspouts in standard color.

Furnish/install 1 Bilco S-20 (30"x36") galvanized steel roof hatch.
