EPS insulation and Built-up roofing to remain IF DRY.

Install one layer of 1/2" IsoGard
over the existing roofing, fasten 12 per 4'x8' sheet

FullyAdhere 45 mil TPO.

Install new 90 degree drip edge in a STANDARD color
match existing color as near as possible.
