Broom sweep and remove existing debris from roof.

Install a Mechanically Fastened 45 mil white TPO roof system
over existing foam roofing.

Clay tile coping to remain

Extend membrane upwall and bar
terminate at base of clay tile coping

Seal watertight all existing penetrations

Furnish and install 1 24GA prefinished steel scupper in a STANDARD color
