Project Description

RETROFIT:

At 24,943 SF: adhere 115 mil Fleeseback EPDM
direct to existing EPDM. (Wood deck)

At 15,228 SF: remove existing roofing to BUR,
install 1.5" and 1/8" tapered Iso then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Metal deck)

At 6,219 SF: remove roof to deck,
install two layers 2" Iso then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Metal deck)

At 1,860 SF: remove EPDM install 1/8" tapered Iso
then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Wood deck)

At 100 SF 3 canopies: install 1.5" Iso
then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Confirm wood deck)

Any existing wet insulation or BUR
must be removed/replaced prior to new roofing.
