Project Description

RETROFIT:

At 28,538SF adhere 115 mil Fleeceback EPDM
direct to existing EPDM. (Metal deck)

At 13,440 SF remove existing EPDM,
install 1/2" HD Iso" then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Wood deck)

At 12,310 SF remove EPDM, WF and EPS,
install 1.5" Iso and 1/8" slope taper Iso
then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Gyp/Tectum deck)

At 76 SF install 1/2" HD Iso then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Wood deck)

Any existing wet insulation or BUR
must be removed/replaced prior to new roofing.

All new 24 GA prefinished steel gravel stops (Std Color)

Install 30 LF of fascia where missing on gym west side north end.

Extend membrane up and over 105 LF of parapet.
