Project Description
RETROFIT: 5,722 SF at LOWER ROOF AREA ONLY.Existing Adhered EPDM on 1" wood fiber on a Built-Up roof on a wood deck.Remove & dispose of existing EPDM and wood fiber beneath the membrane.Built-Up roof to remain with exception of 1,000 SF wet area.Install (1) layer 1.5" ISO, fasten (12) per 4'x8' sheet.Install Fully Adhered Carlisle 45 mil white TPO.New 24GA prefinished gravel stop above the existing standing seam mansard.
