ALL roof areas to receive 1.5" minimum, 20PSI, 1/4" sloped tapered ISO
fastened per 1-60, 72 MPH & 20-year requirements,

Adhere 1 layer 1/2" HD IsoGard over tapered insulation

Install fully adhered 60 mil white or 90 mil black EPDM

24GA prefinished steel copings and fascia
New upwall bar termination and new Exp. Joint.

Install LiveRoof LITE system in areas indicated
