RETROFIT: 41,235 Square Feet

Multiple roof areas: B, C, C1, C2, C3, D, E & S

Tear-off existing roofing system to deck at all areas.

At structural sloped decks install two layers 1.5" ISO

At flat decks install 1.0" start tapered ISO.

All insulation to be adhesively attached

Decks require adhesive primer prior to insulation attachment.

Install 60 mil EPDM

Furnish/install 24 GA prefinished steel GS Match existing color.
