NEW CONSTRUCTION: 34,184 SF

Install 1/4" Securock over two layers 2" Iso
and sandwich tapered EPS

Adhere 60 mil white & or gray TPO.

White TPO on the upper roof 15,376 SF
and gray on the lower roofs 19,448 SF.

Install 24 GA gravel stops, copings
and counterflashings in a standard color.

Install 500 LF of walkway as shown on roof plan
