Project Description

RETROFIT:

Remove, clean, and replace caulk at all gutter joints and roof drains
in approx 1,900 LF of interior gutter

Replace all missing foam plug/endcaps
where standing seam roof ends over gutter.

Install new stainless steel bands at light poles, elec conduit, and vent stacks

Stop leaks at Maint Area near door 36
at EF-1 over tool area;
and at Office Area over the Homeland Security offices.

area over the offices will require complete removal
clean, and replacement of caulk
at 2 large units, 2 small curbs, and 7 duct support rails
