Project Description

RETROFIT: 21,822 SF of Mech. Fast. 50 mil Duro on flat metal decks
3,120 SF of Adhered 50 mil Duro on struct. sloped metal deck.

ALL INSULATION at this area must be adhesively attached (full spray)
due to exposed acoustical deck. ADHERE 50 mil Duro.

At 12,758 SF remove PVC membranes & slip sheet.
Install 1/8" slope EPS & 1" ISO over existing insul.
Install MF 50 mil Duro.
At 9,064 SF Same as above
with additional requirement to remove 1" EPS.
Install 50 mil MF Duro.

Furnish and install gravel stops and (10) scuppers in .050 prefinished aluminum
and .032 prefinished aluminum counterflashings ALL in a STANDARD color.
