RETROFIT: 17,450 Square Feet

Remove/dispose of existing ballast, membrane, insul. to deck

Install 8'x8' drain sets & ?1/2"? starting thickness
1/8" sloped tapered ISO system.

ALL INSULATION TO BE ADHESIVELY ATTACHED TO DECK.

6" wide seam tape, overlay seams, lap seal sides of seams
9" overlay of 5" tape at Gravel Stops

. Replace all drain rings & domes, raise curbs & lower RD's as necessary

Fully Adhere 60 Mil EPDM

Furnish/Install new prefinished 24 G Sheet Metal
