Project Description

NEW CONSTRUCTION:

39,600 SF at Main Roof
Install vapor barrier on deck, 2 layers 2.5" ISO
and tapered ISO saddles on structurally sloped metal deck.

1,164 SF at 2 Canopies
Install vapor barrier on deck, 1 layer 1.0" ISO and
fully tapered ISO system on flat metal decks

480 SF at Mechanical Penthouse Roof
Install vapor barrier on deck, 1 layer 1.5" ISO
and fully tapered ISO system on flat concrete deck

ALL roof areas to have the bottom layer of insulation
mechanically fastened w/ I-90 enhancement
and subsequent layers of insulation adhesively attached
per I-90 requirements.

Apply at ALL roof areas 60 mil adhered Carlisle white PVC
using LVOC adhesive.

Included are Sheet Metal counterflashings
which also require bar term.

Furnish/install 60 PSI Extruded Polystyrene flat & tapered insulation
at Plaza/Planter/Garden area between Bldg & Parking.
