RETROFIT: 38,740Square Feet

Remove and dispose of existing roofing/insulation to concrete deck.

Install 2" minimum, 1/16" sloped tapered ISO adhered with Fast 100 to deck.

Install 115 mil Black FleeceBack EPDM adhered

Completely remove existing insulation from the roof top duct work.

Upon removal, install a layer of 1.5" ISO (all sides) to duct
and adhere regular 60 mil EPDM.

New perimeter gravel stop (match face size
in 24GA prefin. steel in a STANDARD color.
