RETROFIT:

At 15,511 SF remove EPDM
Install 1/8" taper and adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Gyp deck)

At 6,780 SF remove EPDM install 1/8" taper
then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Metal deck)

At 3,680 SF remove EPDM install 2" Iso
then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Metal deck)

Any existing wet insulation or BUR
must be removed/replaced prior to new roofing.

Install all new 24 GA prefinished steel gravel stops (Std Color)
