remove EPDM, adhere 1/2" HD Iso, adhere 60 mil EPDM

RETROFIT 24,550 SF Remove EPDM,
fasten 1/16" slope tapered ISO, adhere 60 mil EPDM

RETROFIT 43,250 SF Remove EPDM, adhere 1/16"
slope tapered ISO, adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Gyp/Concrete decks)

REROOF 6,800 SF Media Upper & Canopy. Remove existing to BUR,
fasten 2" ISO & 1/8" taper ISO, adhere 60 mil EPDM

Any existing wet insulation
or BUR must be removed/replaced prior to new roofing

Sheet metal to be 24GA prefinished steel in a STANDARD color
