REROOF: 258,660 SF

241,575 SF adhere 115 Mil Fleeceback EPDM direct to existing EPDM

24,725 SF (Main Gym) - remove 2001 EPDM, adhered EPDM,
Fasteners, 1/2" woodfiber, and EPS leaving the BUR.

Install new 1/16" slope, 1" minimum tapered ISO and adhere 60 mil EPDM.

Wet insulation below existing EPDM to be replaced prior to Fleeceback installation.
