NEW & REROOFING: 6,952 Square Feet

NEW: Stairwell

2 layers 2.0" ISO, tapered ISO fasten (5) per 4'x8' sheet and
install Mechanically Fastened 50 mil Duro-Last.

REROOF: 6,600 SF

Remove/dispose of existing membrane only (2" ISO over a BUR to remain)
install a new layer of 2" ISO over the existing ISO, fasten (5) per 4'x8' sheet

install Mechanically Fastened 50 mil Duro-Last.

SHEET METAL

At New Construction - 43 LF of .050 alum Shop Formed coping
and 43 LF of 24GA counterflash in a STANDARD color.

At Reroof - reuse existing Copings/CF/GS Face, except at 34 LF
remove clay tile coping install blocking and new coping,

Furnish/install (1) Bilco S-20 (30"x36") galvanized steel roof hatch
with RL-S Safety Rail and LU-1 Safety Post.
