Project Description

RETROFIT 1,360 SF

Remove existing membrane and insulation to deck

Install one layer 2" (25 PSI) ISO and Mechanically Fasten to deck
Install a second layer of 2" (25 PSI) ISO ADHESIVELY attach to the base layer.

Install Adhered 60 mil TPO

Extend membrane upwall to sill of windows and/or sill of
existing siding and tie-in to existing TPO at perimeters

Install Bar term. & new 24GA steel counterflashing
in STANDARD color under the existing sills.

Entire length of the reroof area
gets 2"x2'x2' heavy duty rubber pavers in Terra Cotta color
