NEW CONSTRUCTION and PARTIAL REROOF
at shingled roof areas

At 10,824 SF on structural sloped acoustic deck
install acoustic deck batt filler, substrate board, vapor barrier, 2" ISO base layer
and Mechanically Fasten to deck then Adhesively install 2nd layer 2" ISO
tapered ISO saddles and 1/4" DensDeck coverboard

At 1,452 SF on structural sloped std. metal deck
install 2" ISO base layer and Mechanically Fasten to deck
then Adhesively install 2nd layer 2" ISO
tapered ISO saddles and 1/4" DensDeck coverboard

Fully Adhere Firestone 60-mil EPDM

Furnish and install the nailbase insulation
under the areas of new shingled construction and
area where structural overbuilt occurs at existing shingles

Copings & counterflashings at membrane roofing
fascias, gutters & (2) downspouts at shingled areas
Copings to be Premanufactured in .050 aluminum

ALL other items to be Shop Formed in .050 aluminum in a STANDARD color
Furnish & Install Bellows Type Expansion Joint
