Project Description

New Construction

Adhered 60 mil EPDM on 1 layer of 1/2" HD ISO
that is mechanically fastened 1 per 2 SF to a
plywood deck at the intersection of 3 peaked shingled roofs.

Extend the membrane 36" down onto the 3 roof areas beneath the shingles.

Furnish and install apprx. 40 LF of counterflashing, 320 LF of
gutter and 13 downspouts at the perimeter of the shingled roof area.

ALL in .040 prefinished aluminum in a STANDARD color.
