RETROFIT: 19,373 Square Feet

Install 100 mil White FleeceBack TPO
over existing adhered EPDM membrane.

Install 1,320 SF STANDARD 60 mil GREY TPO
over existing sloped cementitious mansard roof panels

Various areas totaling apprx. 1,058 SF
remove membrane and wet insulation
and install two layers 2.0" replacement ISO

At 10 existing drains-remove membrane/insulation
and install new 8'x8' drain sets

Remove existing walkway prior to FB TPO install
replace with new walkway as well as new added walkway

Reuse existing perimeter gravel stop (apprx. 786 LF)
remove existing EPDM at GS as required.

At bottom perimeter of mansard panel wrap membrane around edge
and secure to soffit with horizontal termination bar

At roof transition areas apprx. 207 LF
remove existing bar termination extend membrane up/over

Furnish/install (2) new scuppers w/ collection boxes
and downspouts in .040 STD. color aluminum and 1 new drain dome.
