RETROFIT: 15,935 Square Feet

Re-Use existing ballast and insulation

Remove the existing EPDM

Reuse existing counterflashings and copings
at the lower levels or 'wing' levels.

At the 'center' section with AHU's
turn up 12" and bar terminate

Leave the existing EPDM up the high wall
and the coping on top in place.

Install Fully Adhered 60 mil EPDM
