Project Description

RETROFIT:

At 41, 096 SF adhere 115 mil Fleeceback EPDM
direct to existing EPDM. (Gyp deck)

At large additions 8,004 SF remove existing roofing
Install 1.5" Iso and 1/8" tapered Iso then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Metal deck)

At 4,472 SF remove Mod Bit, install 2" Iso
Adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Metal deck)

At 76 SF install 1/2" HD Iso then adhere 60 mil EPDM. (Wood deck)

Any existing wet insulation or BUR
must be removed/replaced prior to new roofing.

At large additions remove existing to deck where EPS is direct on metal deck.

All new 24 GA prefinished steel gravel stops (Std Color)
