Roof areas: 2 Stair Towers, 6 Canopies, 1 Boiler Room.
1,690 SF on flat Metal Decks and 1,489 SF on flat Concrete Decks.
1 layer 1.5" ISO, 1/2" min. 1/4" sloped Fully tapered ISO system.
Elevator Roof at Tower Two requires adhering of ALL insulation.
All other areas insulation to be MechanicallyFastened.

Install Fully Adhered 60-Mil White EPDM

Sheet metal items: cornice, aluminum wrap, soffits,
copings, gravel stops, 6 scuppers each w/collection box & downspout
