NEW CONSTRUCTION

100,370 SF addition to existing High School.

All Fully Adhered LSFR 60 mil EPDM.

66,942 SF install two layers 2.5" ISO and tapered ISO saddles on structurally sloped standard metal decks.

20,140 SF install batts in acoustic struc. sloped decks, vapor barrier, two layers 2.5" ISO and tapered ISO saddles

8,103 SF same as (20,140 SF) above with the addition of two layers 5/8" MR gypsum substrate board on the deck.

1,221 SF remove membrane to existing insulation, install tapered ISO system and new membrane.

All sheet metal items are shop broke 24GA prefin steel in a STANDARD color, with field fabricated corners

Furnish and install (5) Smoke Vents with-out safety rail system.

Adhesively attached vertical insulation at up wall membrane at areas as shown.

Seal watertight (7) new curbs and (2) relocated drains in existing roofing.
