NEW CONSTRUCTION: At 182 SF on metal deck
Install two layers 2.5" ISO & 1/4" sloped ISO
Install 50 mil MF DuroLast Membrane and Mechanically Fasten to deck

REROOF: 8,631 SF: Remove/dispose of existing ballast, EPDM, 2" EPS & BUR
to the metal deck. Install two layers 2.5" ISO, fasten per DuroLast requirements
IMechanically Fasten DuroLast 50 Mil Membrane

Sheet metal to be 24GA prefinished steel in a STANDARD color

Seal watertight 14 new HVAC penetrations in existing roofing & 1 in new
